Our goals are to identify the right information and make it available at the right place and at the right time to everyone who needs it, optimize operations and enhance business readiness, boost strategic decision making, and reduce or eliminate unnecessary redundancies.
The U.S. Army asked us to develop the enterprise Pro-active Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS), manage the Installation Status Report (ISR) system, and help the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM) Installation Geospatial Information and Services (IGI&S) Program develop, operate, and maintain the new enterprise geospatial data repository and viewer, Army Installation Atlas (AIA).
ePRISMS is the Army’s Enterprise solution for space utilization management. It provides visibility to floor plans, maps, imagery, and readiness data consolidated from multiple Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) systems including Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS), General Financial Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Installation Status Report (ISR), Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), and Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS), enabling sound strategic-investment decisions, space optimization, and cost savings.
ISR is the web-based enterprise executive information system used to assess installation-level conditions and performance against Army-wide standards. ISR collects quantifiable metrics used to assist leaders in making informed decisions required to sustain and/or improve installation facilities, operational capacities, and support services. SYNCADD provides systems, software, and data management support, OACSIM and IMCOM support, and worldwide training. We captured data from 150 installations for over 100 services and 350,000 infrastructure assets, consolidated data from over 20 systems to provide an installation management readiness dashboard, and streamlined their business processes.
AIA, the replacement for Army Mapper, is the authoritative record-keeping source for the Army’s geospatial data. SYNCADD provides operations and maintenance (O&M) support and is assisting the OACSIM IGI&S Program in implementing AIA in the cloud. SYNCADD also supported Army Mapper by providing operations and maintenance to the large enterprise system with over 100 servers and hundreds of terabytes of data. We developed advanced geospatial real property dashboards and analytics, integrated Army Mapper with ISR and HQIIS, and aligned it to ASIP.
These are simply a few examples of Enterprise Solutions we have developed, operated, and maintained on behalf of the Army.
SYNCADD is poised to do the same for your organization. Contact us for further information on how we can help you streamline processes, increase efficiency, enhance your decision-making, and add value to your organization.
